CHING CHING OOLONG
Slightly oxidized Oolong tea with a buttery, milky texture and floral aromas, lilac type. Re-infusable many times.
Tea produced in April by Yun Seok Cho in his Jukro plantation located in Hadong in the south of the country. This tea is produced entirely by hand, with a final roasting bringing unique chocolate notes.
We recommend an infusion of 2 to 3 minutes with water at 95 degrees.
