DRAGON BALL YUNNAN ORGANIC CERTIFIED

Yunnan black tea from southern China, a very fine harvest of one leaf and one bud, rolled into a dragon ball. Each dragon ball weighs approximately 8g. This is an excellent quality tea, very easy to transport and measure. The producer also calls it "Cha-colate," referring to its chocolatey notes.

This tea is grown in the Dahei Mountain Organic Garden in Ximeng County, near the Burmese border. This garden is extremely isolated, resulting in very pure teas. Harvested at around 1100m altitude from seed-grown tea plants, the leaves were harvested in April 2024 and rolled into uniform dragon balls approximately 2.5cm in diameter.

Brewing instructions: Use spring water at 95 degrees Celsius, one dragon ball per 40cl, and brew for 1 to 2 minutes. You can make multiple infusions with this very long-lasting tea.
