Second Flush harvested in summer 2025

On the heights of Ilam at 1500 meters above sea level.

This 2nd Flush tea, second harvest, was produced in the style of Darjeeling Second Flush, with extensive oxidation. The flavors are fruity, we find muscatelle notes typical of second harvest teas from the region.

Cultivar - Mixed clonals: Phobshering 312, Goomtee, Tukda 178, Bannockburn 777

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 2 to 3 minutes
