Oolong produced in May 2023 in an organic garden in the Wuyi mountains, Fujian. This garden is located near the revered 6 original Da Hong Pao tea plants.

The cultivar is Que She, one of the original Da Hong Pao cultivars. This tea has been roasted 3 times with medium intensity.

This very mineral local tea from the Wuyi mountains is called Yancha in Chinese, or Rock Tea in English, has very particular flavors, mineral, and of nuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, slightly smoked.
