CEREMONIAL MATCHA ORGANIC CERTIFIED
" A rare and precious moment "
Here we are with a particularly interesting matcha. Produced according to traditional methods, it promises a moment of high quality preparation and tasting. Unsurprisingly, the powder is very fine and dense, with a superb, particularly bright green. After preparation, the olfactory notes are deep and varied. There is vegetal, but also a little dried fruit, perhaps hazelnut. On the palate, the umami flavor is associated with a very round, even creamy liquor. The notes are vegetal, iodized and structured just right by the nut starters. The length in the mouth is remarkable. A very beautiful tea for a great tasting moment!
Ceremonial matcha of the highest quality in Certified ORGANIC by ECOCERT. The cultivar used to produce this Matcha is Okumidori, which gives it a sweet and deep taste. It is produced with stone millstones, with Tencha of the highest quality.
TIP:
- The water temperature should be between 70 and 80 degrees. If you used a temperature between 90 and 100 degrees it would burn the tea and develop bad flavors.
- Using your Chasen, whisk the Matcha using gestures reminiscent of the letter M. Your Ceremonial or Imperial Matcha has a fine tea powder, this will promote ease of dissolution, and you will obtain a very nice foam and a creamy Matcha.
