HONG SHUI OOLONG
Hong Shui Oolong is a spring tea rolled into highly oxidized pearls (70/80%) with fruity and pyrogenic flavors. The roasted notes are very present in the first infusions, with also fruity notes, prunes, red fruits, but they fade as the infusions progress to give way to fruitiness and sweetness.
Origin: Ming Jian, Nantou County. Garden in organic conversion, we will perhaps one day offer this tea with European certification if import volumes allow it.

Brewing advice: We recommend brewing this tea in Gong Fu Cha (Approximately 7g of leaves for 20cl) at 100 degrees, for an infusion of 45 seconds. This tea can be infused ten times without problems.
