KEEMUN BLACK SNAIL
Black tea harvested in April in the Ta Fang area of Qimen County by Mr. Hun Junhui. A fine harvest of twisted leaves, shaped like a snail. The flavors of this tea are both fruity and cocoa-like.
Brewing instructions: Use spring water at 95 degrees Celsius, 1.5 to 2 grams of tea per 10 cl (1/2 cup), and brew for 1 to 2 minutes. This long-lasting tea can be brewed multiple times. Brewing in small containers, 30 to 40 cl (1/2 cup) maximum, will yield the best results.
