Pai Mu Tan (White Peony) white tea harvested in spring in Fujian, the cradle of white tea production for centuries.
This white tea has very low oxidation, the leaves are very green, very whole, and they are all fluffy.
The flavors are sweet, vanilla, slightly fruity, with a velvety texture on the palate thanks to the high proportion of downy leaves.
Brewing Tip:
In a 50cl teapot, 90 degrees, 4 to 5 minutes, with 7 to 10g of leaves.
In a 30cl teapot, 90 degrees, 2 to 3 minutes, with 4 to 6g of leaves
