Roasted green tea powder produced in Shizuoka Prefecture near Mount Fuji. The roasting is extensive for this production which reduces the theine and increases the sweet and cocoa flavors. Houjicha powder can be used in Houjicha Lattes, but can also be mixed directly with water, either using a whisk or a shaker.
