HUNAN HONG CHA YIN HAO ORGANIC CERTIFIED

This organic black tea is produced in central China, in the Hunan province, specifically in Changsha county. It's a very fine tea with a high proportion of golden buds, approximately 20% of the tea, and very dark, highly oxidized leaves.

This is an excellent breakfast tea, offering strength yet balance with flavors that aren't overly woody or animalic. It can also be enjoyed with milk if desired. Its price is very affordable for an organic tea of ​​this quality.

Brewing instructions: Use spring water at 90 degrees Celsius (194 degrees Fahrenheit), approximately 1.5g of tea per deciliter. Infuse for 2 to 4 minutes.
