This tea is produced on Doi Wawee Mountain, about 1,200 meters above sea level, in the far north of Thailand. It comes from a very small plantation which has managed to preserve old hundred-year-old tea trees.

The flavors are powerful, animal, woody.

We recommend water at 80 degrees with an infusion of about 2 minutes
