ILAM WONDER 2ND FLUSH MUSCATEL

"with vegetal and fruity notes that develop on a round texture"

First Flush harvested on April 05, 2023

On the heights of Ilam at 1500 meters above sea level. This tea was produced in a plantation with European Organic Agriculture certification. As we imported it in small quantities for testing, we did not take the steps for BIO documentation.

This 2nd Flush tea, second harvest, was produced in the style of Darjeeling Second Flush, with extensive oxidation. The flavors are fruity, we find muscatelle notes typical of second harvest teas from the region.

Cultivar - Mixed clonals: Phobshering 312, Goomtee, Tukda 178, Bannockburn 777

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 2 to 3 minutes
