"A classic revisited"
Here we find the bases of classic teas: bergamot and citrus. We will think of an Earl Gray or a Russian taste, but the presence of almonds and cinnamon promises an additional promising indulgence. The premium green tea used as the basis for this preparation is of very good quality. The combination of the slightly acidic notes of citrus fruits and bergamot with the more gourmet and robust notes of almonds and cinnamon is very successful. This tea with gourmet but subtle notes can be enjoyed at any time of the day, from brunch to afternoon tea-time.
Ingredients: Wulu premium green tea*, almond*, bergamot from Calabria*, cinnamon from Indonesia*, natural almond flavor, natural grapefruit flavor, natural orange blossom flavor
Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 75° for 2 to 3 minutes.
Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the fridge and let it steep for at least 2 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. There! it's ready to eat.
Tips:
- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, it will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it and reduce its intensity significantly.
- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
