Preparation advice:
- Water temperature: Heat the water to a temperature of around 90°C to 95°C. This temperature is ideal for fully extracting the aromas and benefits of the plants.
- Infusion time: Infuse for 8 to 10 minutes for optimal taste. The longer you let it infuse, the more pronounced the ginger flavor will be. If you prefer a milder taste, infuse for about 5 minutes.
"Prepare a chai latte like at Theine's - The gourmet experience to recreate at home!"
Prepare a Chai latte with spiced milk like at Theine's, this hot gourmet drink with comforting spices made from a blend of spices (CHAÏ ORIGINS CERTIFIED ORGANIC) with oat milk. Very sweet and very spicy.
To obtain a richer, more intense and delicious flavor, you must first prepare CHAÏ ORIGINS CERTIFIED ORGANIC in the form of syrup. Here is a simple and tasty recipe.
“Chai Spice Blend Syrup” (CHAI ORIGINS CERTIFIED ORGANIC)
Ingredients:
- 100g of CHAI ORIGINS CERTIFIED ORGANIC
- 400g of sugar according to your preference (I prefer a mixture of 300g of brown coconut blossom sugar and 100g of whole cane sugar)
- 700g hot water
- 1g of vanilla powder (optional)
brown coconut blossom sugar - A sugar with a sweet and slightly caramelized taste.
whole cane sugar - A sugar with a rich, slightly caramelized taste, a more complex sweetness than refined white sugar.
Instructions:
- Put all your spices in the blender bowl and blend all the ingredients at maximum power for 10 to 30 seconds depending on the spices you have to blend. (The goal is simply to crush them, not to reduce them to a fine powder.)
- Pour the spices into a dry frying pan over medium heat, and toast them for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until lightly fragrant.
- Add sugar and mix well, Reduce heat to minimum. Pour in hot water and mix well, then let infuse covered for 15 minutes over very low heat.
- Strain and let cool. (After straining, I add a little Bourbon vanilla powder to make it sweeter, more aromatic and balanced.)
- Pour into sterilized jars, the chai spice mix syrup can be stored for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator

Or try “Spice Milk” a comforting and fragrant drink that offers a pleasant warmth, It can be similar to a chai latte, but without tea.
