Shu Puer produced in Lincang in 2011 and pressed in the shape of a Tuocha, a bird's nest. 沱茶
This is a puer with deep flavors of undergrowth, mushrooms, and humus, with a very dark, opaque liquor. It will withstand many infusions.
Infusion: Use low-mineral water at 100°C (212°F). Discard the first water immediately, then reinfuse at 100°C (212°F) and let it steep for about 1 minute. Measure your tea at 2g/10cl.
