WHITE MONKEY "BAI MAO HOU" 2024 ORGANIC CERTIFIED

A fairly confidential green tea from Fujian produced around the city of Fuding between the end of March and the beginning of April 2024. Due to its name, derived from its resemblance to the downy backs of monkeys in the region, it is often confused with a white tea in Europe, by mistake, it is indeed a green tea.

The flavors are vegetal, quite fruity, and it also has very distinctive animal, tawny notes. The result is very satisfactory, which makes it extraordinary value for money for an early Organic Certified Chinese green tea.

Produced in Fuding, Fujian, from late March to early April, on hills 800 to 1200m above sea level.

Infusion advice: Lightly mineralized water, temperature of 75 to 80 degrees, 1mn30s infusion respecting the ration of 15g of leaves per liter.
