THAI LEMONGRASS
Thai lemongrass grown in the north of the country near Lamphun, a few kilometers from Chiangmai. The particularity of this lemongrass is that it is the bark of the plant that is used, and not the leaf.
It is an excellent quality, very fragrant, and very aromatic, which can be used in infusion, or even in cooking.
Brewing Tips: 100 degrees, 5 to 6 minutes
