"A SPECTACULAR GRAND CRU FROM YUNNAN, TO TRY AT LEAST ONCE IN YOUR LIFE"

Originating in the west of Xishuangbanna prefecture, Jinhai County, Yunnan, this magnificent red tea is produced with tea trees over 100 years old from the surrounding forests. We are immediately charmed by its tawny, animal appearance, its very very long buds, some of which are between 5 and 8cm, with their golden down like the mane of a feline. The smells are comforting, as soon as hot water is passed over these precious buds, a fruity and malty smell fills the atmosphere.

In the mouth, these are velvety sensations due to the very beautiful down of these leaves harvested just at the right time, after the dew. The flavors are faithful to the smell, there is fruitiness, but also a bit of woodiness, and animal sensations, leather. It also benefits from a very good hold in the mouth with a very good length. This tea is also very enduring and supports many infusions.

Prepare this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 95° for 2 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let infuse for 30 minutes to 1 hour. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container.

Tips: You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, it will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it and reduce its intensity significantly.

Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
