The alliance of a rather rare Japanese green tea full of vitamins with organic peppermint from Auvergne, freshness and energy on the program! The liquor is a superb clear yellow. On the nose, the mint necessarily prevails, but the tea is there, and it's very promising! On the palate, we have notes of green tea as we like them, with obvious vegetal accents and a slight astringency. The high quality mint brings the right amount of powerful notes and the tea prolongs them wonderfully. We will take great pleasure in drinking this tea, hot or cold, which will also provide the energy needed to start the day off right!
Ingredients: Japanese green tea TENCHA* (50%), Peppermint from Auvergne* (50%). *From organic farming
Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 75° for 3 to 5 minutes.
Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container.

Tips: You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it and reduce its intensity significantly.
