A classic mix, but of high quality: an earl gray ideal for creating a British atmosphere at home. The base is a tea from Ceylon (Sri Lanka) full of qualities, which would be sufficient on its own. But the addition of a well-dosed, premium quality Calabrian bergamot produces a superior quality tea here, which will make you want to rediscover these often abused flavors. The simple appearance of the composition is in fact the guarantee of a tasting that will surprise with the richness of the notes produced. The liqueur is very beautiful, the aromas powerful and promising and the tasting more than fully meets these promises. A must-have for all tea collections!
Ingredients: Black tea from Ceylon Hidellana OP*, bergamot peel from Calabria*, natural bergamot aroma. * From Organic Farming
Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 3 to 4 minutes.
Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. So! it's ready to eat.
- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, it will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it also reducing its intensity significantly.
- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
