"The must-have spicy blend"

Freely inspired by chai tea recipes from India, here we have a very beautiful tea with spices and citrus fruits. The basic teas are superb and perfectly adapted. An Assam, as it should be, but here complemented by a Houjicha, for even more gourmet and warm notes. The liqueur is very beautiful and gives off promising spicy olfactory notes. On the palate, the slightly bitter flavor of orange peel ideally supports a well-balanced blend of spices, present without being excessive. A nice length in the mouth perfectly completes a comforting moment, welcome when the days get shorter.

Ingredients: Assam jamguri black tea FTGOP1*, Japanese houjicha tea*, orange peels*, Brazilian rose berries*, natural flavor (mandarin, blood orange, vanilla, ginger, cinnamon*) star anise*, cinnamon*, ginger*, cloves*,  (*from organic farming)

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 3 to 5 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container.


- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.

- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
