On retrouve ici notre base de thé Wulu, excellent thé vert bio de Chine. Associé à du gingembre, des agrumes et du curcuma, ce thé promet une dégustation dynamique et rafraichissante.

C’est effectivement le cas: la liqueur très belle, produit des notes épicées et une très fine amertume, grâce à la présence de l’écorce de citron. Au nez le citron domine, mais en bouche on bénéficie d’un bel équilibre entre les différents arômes. L’écorce de citron et le thé de qualité prolongent les notes par une fine amertume, pour notre plus grand plaisir !

Ingredients: Thé vert de Chine Wulu Premium*, gingembre*, écorces de citron*, curcuma*, arôme naturel (de citron, de fleur d'oranger BIO*, de gingembre) (* Issu de l'Agriculture Biologique)

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 75° for 2 to 3 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. So! it's ready to eat.

Tips:

- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, it will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it also reducing its intensity significantly.

- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
