HEICHA " LIU BAO " DE THAILANDE 1995
This tea was produced in northern Thailand in 1995 by a small factory that manufactures fermented teas, of the Puer type, for the supply of China. The quality of this tea is very high, with strong fermentation, and the possibility of re-infusing the tea almost ten times without problems.
Brewing advice: Use a small 25 to 35cl teapot, such as our Yixing teapot. Put about 8g of leaves. Put a first boiling water on the leaves which one discards immediately, then pour the boiling water for an infusion of about 45 seconds. The following infusions can be between 15 and 30 seconds per infusion.
