Brewing advice: Use filtered or low-mineralized water. It is necessary to use a small teapot, 15 to 30cl maximum, to fully enjoy all the flavors of a well-brewed pu'er. In this small teapot, put a good quantity of leaves, 4 to 8g depending on the capacity of your teapot. Use water heated to 100 degrees and make successive infusions of about 15 seconds. The first infusion can be drunk, but generally it is thrown away, this allows to clean the puer and prepare it for the second infusion which will be much more concentrated. You can make between 7 and 15 infusions with the same leaves in this way.
