We never tire of the magnificent copper color produced by our rooibos. On the nose, we easily recognize lavender, which will logically be more discreet in the mouth. A comforting feeling of spring freshness immediately emerges. On the palate, the yellow fruits and citrus fruits structure the tasting well. The flowers produce a nice impression of lightness and the length in the mouth produced by the rooibos is remarkable. We will take great pleasure in tasting this infusion, hot or cold, for a refined and comforting moment.

Ingredients: Rooibos* grape*, date*, lavender*, cranberries*, apple*, orange peels*, strawberry*, elderberry*, blueberry*, marigolds*, natural flavor (grapefruit - bergamot - lemon - lime*). (*From Organic Farming)

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 4 to 5 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. So! it's ready to eat.

Tips:

- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.

- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
