Containing very little caffeine, houjicha is ideal to be enjoyed from morning to evening. The leaves are roasted at high temperature to produce grilled flavors but where the vegetal remains present. Our houjicha is also very beautiful and keeps all its promises. We appreciate the toasted and spicy olfactory notes produced by the infused leaves. On the palate, the famous sweet flavor is present, the texture is fluid and the notes are rich and delicious. Toasted bread, spices and a little vanilla: pure pleasure! We will like to accompany this tea with a meal of fish or semi-dry goat cheese.

Très agréable au gout et très agréable de varier avec ces 3 thés verts et différents.
