CHINESE SENCHA ORGANIC CERTIFIED

Sencha type green tea produced in Zheijiang in China near Shanghai. It's a fairly basic green tea that we use in some custom blends. It is not a grand cru, but a basic organic green tea of good quality, it is quite fresh and balanced, without too much bitterness and with a respectable length in the mouth. It will be suitable for an economical everyday tea, or for blends.

Advice: 70 degrees, weakly mineralized or filtered water, 2 minutes of infusion maximum.
