Black tea from Assam in northeast India produced by the Hathikuli plantation. The flavors are powerful but balanced with a bitterness present but not overwhelming. The taste notes are slightly fruity and malty. This tea can be your future breakfast classic with excellent value for money. For amateurs, it tolerates a cloud of milk very well.

Infusion advice: Lightly mineralized spring water at 80 degrees with an infusion of approximately 2 minutes. Proportions 1g of leaves per 10cl.
