PUER SHENG MENGHAI 2018 200G
200g cake of Puer Sheng produced in the Menghai region of Yunnan, in the village of Meng Wan in spring 2018. Its aging is already well advanced, it is lively, but the bitterness and tannins typical of a young puer are well "melted" and we find a harmony of humid, fermented, undergrowth, forest flavors. It is a very durable tea that can withstand many infusions.
Infusion advice: 100 degrees, rinse (around 20 seconds) a first time a piece of tea cake of around 2 to 3g per 10cl. Then make infusions for around thirty seconds. It is preferable to use teapots of around 25cl (35cl maximum), or smaller, for best results.
