Flavors: Bergamot (dominant) - Citrus - Guava
"A fruity and exotic earl gray black tea"
Ingredients: Assam black tea, mango, bergamot peel, lavender, rose petals, cornflower blossoms, natural flavor (bergalote, guava, blood orange, grapefruit, mango)
Preparation for this hot infusion: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 75° for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not hesitate to re-infuse.
Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the fridge and let it steep for 2 to 4 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container.
- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.
- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
