A green tea from China and ingredients that evoke a summer afternoon: here is a very attractive scented tea! Wulu green tea is a very suitable support for such gourmet ingredients. We can't resist smelling the dry leaves for a long time, full of promising notes. After infusion, we appreciate the beautiful balance of notes and flavors, ranging from vegetal to gourmet, with a liqueur leaving all its place to tea. The strawberry dominates, but the basil, the lemon and of course the tea bring it what it needs in terms of vegetal, very fine astringency and slight acidity to sublimate it and make the tasting light and subtle. We will also appreciate this pretty tea in cold infusion.

Ingredients: Chinese green tea*, natural flavor (strawberry*, lime*, basil*), strawberry*, rose petals*, basil leaves*, lemon peel* mallow flowers* marigold flowers* (*From of Organic Farming)

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 70° for 2 to 3 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the fridge and let it steep for 2 to 4 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container.

Tips:

- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.

- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
