Mixing Wulu and Houjicha: you had to dare! And it was really necessary so much this tea is a success. The liquor is typical of a green tea infusion: rather ocher and with a fluid texture. On the nose, the almond is necessarily dominant and invites you to quickly taste this original tea. On the palate, there are indeed the gourmet notes of almond, but the tea is really there and produces a feeling of welcome lightness. We will keep a very tasty general impression, but also a real subtlety. Cold, this tea will be a summer must and hot, it will be a guaranteed winter comfort!
Ingredients: Chinese Wulu premium green tea*, Japanese Houjicha*, almond*, apple*, Indonesian cinnamon*, natural almond flavouring, (* From Organic Farming)
Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 70° for 2 to 3 minutes.
Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. So! it's ready to eat.
Tips:
- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.
- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
