A beautiful organic black tea from Assam, well-chosen and fragrant spices: this tea promises a moment of traveling and gourmet tasting. The spicy olfactory notes are a delight in themselves and fully contribute to a rich and comforting taste experience. The infused liquor is a beautiful copper color. In the mouth, it's a feast of flavors: a present black tea (and that's so much the better!) and a mixture of spices traditional in India bring a lot of charm to this classic chai tea. We will also like to add milk and sugar to rediscover the pleasure of tasting a masala chaï like over there!
Ingredients: Assam Jamguri black tea*, cinnamon*, pepper*, ginger*, cloves*, cardamom*, pink peppercorns*

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 3 to 5 minutes.
Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container.
Homemade Chai latte preparation: Boil 20g of leaves in 75cl of cow's milk (or soy). Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and wait 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder and coconut powder. Stop boiling.
Wait 3 minutes and then strain through a fine mesh strainer and serve. That's great!!
