"A very refined classic tea"

Based on a fine quality Assam tea, this fairly classic earl gray will delight lovers of the genre. The basic tea produces vegetal notes and a nice length in the mouth, thanks to a slight astringency. This is one of the essential strengths of this very successful blend. Calabrian bergamot is powerful and produces a taste full of charm. The liquor is superb and the olfactory notes, well balanced between tea and citrus, are perfectly consistent. We will love this tea for its versatility and the very good quality of these ingredients.

Ingredients: Assam Jamguri FTGFOP1* black tea, bergamot peel from Calabria*, natural bergamot aroma. * From Organic Farming

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 3 to 4 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. So! it's ready to eat.

Tips:

- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.

- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
