With a powerful and classic black tea for the English breakfast, we add subtle aromas of lychee for an original and tasty infusion. The liquor is superb, with a beautiful sustained coppery. On the nose, we clearly feel the presence of a powerful tea, but the lychee is there too and conveniently takes us away from our daily lives. In the mouth, the combination of black tea and lychee works wonderfully. The structure is provided by the tea and the notes of lychee ideally lighten the liqueur. We will enjoy savoring this surprising and successful tea at any time of the day!
Ingredients: Black tea from Ceylon Hidellana OP*, red cornflower flower from Kosovo*, heather flower from Auvergne*, natural Litchi flavor (* From Organic Farming)
Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 3 to 4 minutes.
Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. So! it's ready to eat.
- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.
- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
