Flower petals, a well-structured quality tea and the bergamot-pomelo alliance make this tea a must-have in our collection! The dry leaves are nicely embellished with yellow and blue petals for a visual pleasure that encourages a tasting full of charm. And in fact: there is a beautiful liquor with a deep color and olfactory notes of citrus present, but subtle. On the palate, this tea is very balanced. The pomelo brings a welcome touch of lightness and indulgence with a fine acidity that ideally complements the more robust notes of tea and bergamot. We will go back there as soon as possible!
Ingredients: Ceylon Blackwood black tea*, bergamot peel from Calabria*, marigold flowers*, cornflower flowers*, rose flowers* natural aroma of bergamot and grapefruit *From organic farming
Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 3 to 4 minutes.
Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. So! it's ready to eat.
Tips:
- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.
- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
