First Flush harvested on April, 2025

Produced on the heights of Ilam at 1500 meters above sea level. This tea was produced on a plantation with European Organic Agriculture certification. The plantation is very isolated from civilization, it takes about 2 hours to drive from Ilam to reach it.

This spring tea was produced in the Darjeeling First Flush style, with intermediate oxidation. The flavors are sweet and floral, orange blossom.

Cultivar - Mixed clonals: Phobshering 312, Goomtee, Tukda 178, Bannockburn 777

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 2 to 3 minutes
