Black tea grown in the Chun'An area, about 100 km west of Hangzhou in Zhejiang Province, on the shores of Qiandao Lake, the Thousand Island Lake.

This is a very high-end black tea with balanced flavors of stewed fruit, without being overly sweet, and with depth, strength, and a long finish.

Brewing instructions: Spring water at 90 degrees Celsius, approximately 1.5g per deciliter. Infuse for 2 to 4 minutes.
