200g cakes of Chiang Rai white tea produced in 2018 and pressed on site in 2020.
Lightly fermented and sun-dried, the flavors are both woody and sweet, with slight notes of damp undergrowth.
200g cakes; you can order a whole cake, or 100g or 50g cakes.
Infusion: Use low-mineral water at 100°C (212°F). Discard the first layer immediately, then reinfuse at 100°C (212°F) and let it steep for about 1 minute. Measure your tea at 2g/10cl.
