BILUOCHUN PREMIUM APRIL '25

Biluochun green tea is a specialty of Jiangsu province, located a few hundred kilometers north of Shanghai. It has been produced for hundreds of years in this province around Lake Tai in the town of Suzhou, on the hills of the Dongting Mountains. In Chinese, BiLuoChun means "green snail spring" due to its rolled-up leaf appearance. The best qualities are very fluffy, like our current batch.

The flavors are sweet, with floral but also delicately fruity notes, with a slightly velvety cup due to the high proportion of down.

Infusion recommendation: 75 degrees, 2 to 3 minutes, 1.5g/10cl. Use filtered or lightly mineralized water.
