The flavors of this tea are an association that will immediately speak to the generation of children born in the 80s: Strawberry - Vanilla, with a touch of vitality thanks to a hint of lemon. As soon as you taste this tea, you will feel the unforgettable flavor of strawberry, and the smoothness of vanilla that we found in these little ice creams that we were served as dessert at the end of the school canteen.

Ingredients: Assam black tea*, strawberry*, natural flavor (strawberry*, vanilla, lemon)

Preparation for this hot infusion: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not hesitate to re-infuse.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the fridge and let it steep for 2 to 4 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container.

Tips:

- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.

- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
