Flavours: Thyme - Rosemary - Lemon - Lime

"A cup that evokes the sound of crickets and cicadas"

With this infusion, we have tried to transcribe in your cup the sensations that one experiences when one is in summer in Provence settings, in a dry, almost stormy atmosphere, that one hears crickets and cicadas, and you can see fields of lavender as far as the eye can see. Of course, thyme and rosemary are in the spotlight, these are very fine qualities from small Provençal productions. There is also lemon, and finally anise which gives this little aromatic hint that will remind us of the famous pastis.

Ingredients: Lemongrass*, cinnamon*, rosemary*, thyme*, verbena*, natural flavor (lemon, lime*), lavender*, lemon peel*, basil*, anise seeds*, fennel*

Preparation for this hot infusion: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 4 to 6 minutes. Do not hesitate to re-infuse.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the fridge and let it steep for 2 to 4 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container.

Tips:

- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.

- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
