Second Flush black tea from the Tonganagaon plantation. It is a very beautiful production with an intense black leaf and golden buds. The infusion is fairly quick and the flavors develop easily. This is a tea that should not be steeped too long. The tea plants used for this production are clones, ie tea plants from cuttings of the same mother individual, which guarantees a very high quality.
The Tonganagaon plantation is located in the far east of the Assam region in India. The Burmese border and peaks over 5000m are only a few tens of kilometers away.
Brewing tips: 90 degrees, 3-4 minutes
