"Classic and gourmet"

Based on a beautiful black tea from Assam, here we find a blend of notes that works perfectly. Citrus fruits and Indian black tea evoke classic Russian tastes, but goji berries and vanilla will bring welcome indulgence and originality. On the nose, the liquor, of a beautiful dark ochre, exhales pleasant and appetizing notes. On the palate, the tea is present, tannic, woody and full-bodied. The citrus and goji notes complement each other perfectly and make up a most charming tasting. This tea will be a must for our breakfasts or a winter afternoon tea.

Ingredients: Assam black tea*, Goji berry*, orange peel*, orange leaf*, orange blossom*, natural flavoring of tangerine, orange*, vanilla. (*From Organic Farming)

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 3 to 4 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. There! it's ready to eat.

Advice:

- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.

- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
