Usually associated with black tea, we find here, based on a quality Sencha, a beautiful blend of spices and ingredients inspired by the famous Indian chai. The olfactory notes of the pre-infusion mixture are powerful and promise a sustained taste experience. After infusion, the notes of green tea are present and never smothered by spices. The liquor is a yellow-green typical of Sencha. On the palate, we strongly appreciate the balance between the different notes and the frank and welcome presence of the Sencha. A tea full of finesse, for all times of the day!
Ingredients: Japanese sencha green tea*, turmeric*, cinnamon*, apple*, liquorice*, ginger*, pepper*, fennel*, cardamom*, cocoa shells*, cloves* (*from organic farming)
Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 70° for 2-3 minutes.
