"For an authentic tea-time"

We find with pleasure a nice wulu tea from China for this fragrant blend with the classic recipe. Tea, bergamot, a few blue flower petals for the pleasure of the eyes and... that's it! On the nose, bergamot exudes very promising notes. We feel natural. After infusion, the tea is present and the whole is very balanced. We taste this liqueur with delight, which brilliantly revisits the principle of earl-grey, dear to our British neighbors and a great classic of flavored teas. This version is full of finesse and we will enjoy tasting it for a refined and comforting brunch or afternoon tea.

Ingredients: Chinese Wulu green tea*, bergamot peel from Calabria*, natural bergamot flavor (*from organic farming)

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 70° for 2 to 3 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the fridge and let it steep for 2 to 4 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container.


- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.

- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
