" Tea for our long winter evenings "
Based on Houjicha, a Japanese tea naturally containing little theine, here is an invitation to drink tea until the end of the day! The mixture of spices, cocoa and almonds promises a great moment of indulgence. On the nose, the almond is there, with the cocoa. On the palate, the spices come into play and provide just the right amount of sparkle. Almonds and cocoa from Peru of very good quality reinforce a set of notes full of richness. Vanilla prolongs with great relevance, for our greatest pleasure, a gourmet and warm tasting, as we like them in winter.
Ingredients: Japanese Houjicha green tea*, cocoa pods from Peru*, natural flavor (Orange, Ginger, Cream & Spices), flaked almonds*, ginger*, cinnamon*, pink peppercorn*, liquorice (root)*, (*From Agriculture Organic)
Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 3 to 5 minutes.
Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the refrigerator and let it infuse for 3 to 6 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container.
- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.
- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
