Based on a quality Chinese wu-lu green tea, here we have an original and slightly crazy tea that perfectly combines visual pleasure and gustatory joy! The presence of "butterfly pea" flowers colors the liquor with a natural blue with the most beautiful effect. On the nose, violet is necessarily dominant. In the mouth, the very fine bitterness of the tea makes it sufficiently present to produce the structure of the tasting and the expected length in the mouth. The notes of violet are full of delicacy and take us into a dreamy floral spring. The ideal tea to combat gloomy moods and make life a little lighter!
Ingredients: Green tea from China Wulu Premium, blue flower "butterfly pea" from Thailand, natural violet flavor.
Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 70° for 2 to 3 minutes.
Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the fridge and let it steep for at least 2 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. So! it's ready to eat.
Tips: You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, it will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it and reduce its intensity significantly.
Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
