Based on a beautifully crafted Sencha, here we have a very pleasant blend of yellow fruits and citrus, embellished with a few flowers. The dry mix is a feast for the eyes and the olfactory notes are a very successful introduction to tasting. After infusion, there is a beautiful liquor characteristic of Sencha. The olfactory notes are very balanced and the tea is already present. On the palate, there are indeed vegetal notes thanks to the tea, gourmet and sweet notes from the yellow fruits, delicately raised and prolonged by the more acidic notes of the citrus fruits. A great success, full of delicacy!
Ingredients: Japanese sencha green tea*, mango pieces*, natural flavor (of bergamot, grapefruit and mango*), cornflower petals*, cornflower petals*, marigold petals* (*From Organic Farming)
Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 70° for 1 to 2 minutes.
Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the fridge and let it steep for 2 to 4 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container.
Tips:
- You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, this will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it, reducing its intensity significantly.
- Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Excellent, original, équilibré. Les arômes bien présents ne cachent cependant pas le goût naturel du sencha qui est mon thé préféré !
