Flavor: Bergamot - Lavender from Auvergne

"A warm southern tea"

Here you will find a base of Assam black tea, woody and well-structured. Our magnificent Calabrian bergamot will do wonders on such a support. Lavender will bring freshness and Mediterranean evocation that will transport us to sunny lands. The liquor is nicely amber and the olfactory notes announce a very nice balance. In the mouth, the bergamot is the first to appear, but the lavender arrives quickly and brings its gain of freshness as expected. A nice length in the mouth will prolong the pleasure. We will love this tea at any time of the day, for its fresh and subtle notes.

Ingredients: Assam Jamguri FTGFOP1* black tea, bergamot peel from Calabria*, lavender flowers from Auvergne, natural flavor. (*From Organic Farming)

Preparation for this hot tea: Infuse 2g for 100ml of filtered water at 80° for 2 to 3 minutes.

Prepare this iced tea: Infuse 2 tablespoons in 1.5L of Volvic or filtered water at room temperature. Place your container in the fridge and let it steep for at least 2 hours. when the infusion is ready, filter the leaves using a tea strainer or by slowly transferring the liquor into another container. There! it's ready to eat.

Tips:

-  You can add ice cubes, but it's optional, it will keep your iced tea cold, but on the other hand will dilute it and reduce its intensity significantly.

-  Iced tea can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
